Are all people worth the same? Why have we on occasion positioned the deaths of non 'first worlders' as 'collateral damage' but seen the deaths of europeans or americans as murder? what mechanism is at play here and what moral challenges are we faced with ?

Footfan: Well, in the U.S., the majority of garbage men are white (white trash, anyway), the majority of used car salesmen are white, the majority of stock brokers are white, and holy motherfucking shit, almost every single fucking politician here is WHITE.
