Im a thirteen year old girl and am 5'6. I weigh 135 is that normal? I feel fat but I am mostly muscular.
Im kinda obsessed with my weight and try to starve myself. I expecially obsess about having skinny wrists for some reason.
Do you think it's normal?

lol your not fat, and i think your lying about your age your like almost 17 arent you?
having skinny wrists is bad because i have always had problems buying a new watch.

if you are that weight your fine and you feel fat because most lassies at your age are very self conscience (however you spell it)

dont starve yourself because it screws your body up.
135 at 5'6" is a fine. Starving yourself will only make you eat more when it's meal time and/or pig out on junk food. Eat 3 healthy meals a day and you'll be fine.

NEVER STARVE YOURSELF. I tried that already and not too long ago I ended up passing out because blood sugar got to low. Which there is a possibility it'll happen to you if you keep doing that.

hey, dont worry about it, im 14 and i am 5'7" and 197 pounds, but i am healthy and in shape, no i am not the skinniest person, but it's okay, you may be built bigger like myself, dont worry about it unless you're not in good physical shape, then you need to try to get a little more exersize and whatnot, all you need to worry about is being comfterable with who you are, and you'll be just fine
im thirteen years old,five foot nine (wayy too tall for my age) and i weigh 138 pounds. im obsessed about my weight too, mostly because all my friends are very, very skinny by nature. i am lactose inotlerant, vegetarian and hypoglycemic so i dont eat much and when i do, i eat very healthily (think carrots and salads).

I'm 5'5" and 130lbs. I'm perfectly healthy and my doctor said that being 120-140, considering your body fat percentage, is just right for girls our height.

Also, you're 13. You may still have "baby fat" on you. Eat the right things and get exercise. And if you do have a cookie, a brownie, or some chips...don't worry about it! My doctor told me that it's ok to eat some junk 20% of the time. 80% of the time you should eat the right foods, though.

And DO NOT DIET. Dieting is sooo bad for you. Make sure you eat your grains (carbs are NOT bad for you. They give you energy!), veggies and fruits, and plenty of protein!

Whatever else you do, don't starve yourself. And 5'6" 135lbs. Sounds good. Especially if like you said it's muscle. And who cares if you have dainty wrists? You're a girl for God's sake.

Most people don't know this, but starving yourself sends signals to your body to store ALL THE FAT possible. So you aren't losing any weight, you are GAINING. Your metabolism slows down to compensate this, and before you know it....POUNDAGE.

3 meals a day, with yogurt, or fruit 2 hours after each meal, is very healthy. You bring your stomache back online at the cost of a few 100 calories, but only have it digest 50-75.

Great way to lose a few pounds and keep yourself healthy.

im the exact same way that you are. being im athletic i have huge thighs and muscular calves. don't feel bad about your size. at least your not wimpy.
dont starve yourself.
