Mastibationa and weight

Hi i am 14 and i was telling a small group of people who i thought i could trust, i told them that i mastibate because they were being open towards me, then they spread it, now the whole year 10 know. What shall i do?
Is it normal for me to mastibate at the age of 14?
I am also 5 foot 4 and i am 9 and a half stone. Is that over weight?
How long will my secret be going around school for and how long will it take to die down?
