Weird Growth On My Crotch

Hey please help and this is serious, about 6 months ago this little mole grew like at the base of my penis and it looked like a normal little growth mark, nothing was wrong, but then it started darkening in color and became like blue about 4 months ago, and now it's like huge and it's like a skin tag and its black and glossy and really gross looking

It really hurts and i don't want anything wrong with my penis what should I do??

Comonly known as a tumor, it should be surgically removed.

If you are taking the piss, perhaps we will arrange to remove the rest of the protusions in that area as well :)
