What is the history of this young woman other than the fact that she started sex at the very early age of 12? That by itself is quite a red flag from my point of view. It's an unusual girl who can actually enjoy sex completely so young, and I'd wonder just how much of that was due to coercion and/or promiscuity. I'd be emphasizing getting to know her in other ways at this time, as difficult as that may be.

Sex doesn't necessarily ruin relationships, but this girl may have already been ruined for sex by whatever happened to her at age 12. You two really should talk about that in more detail.
