i mean alot of cousins experiment it's documented in most civilizations and cousins used to marry, so don't beat yourself up about it.

But in todays society it's wrong. And a 9yr old def doesn't learn to do that out of the blue. I'd not only tell someone but I would be concerned for your cousins safety, who cares what your aunt thinks. It is highly unlikely she learned this on her own and is an indication that someone taught her. Now you and her did nothing wrong but someone might be doing something wrong to her so tell an adult u can trust. NOW!
