i fell like sh*t
at the moment at school i don't know why but i fell abandanded and like sh*t. i feel as if poeple are talking behind my back all the time and i fell unwanted by my freinds and by the rest of my school's community.

what shall i do to make me feel loved and wanted because at the moment i don't. And when ii wake up inn the mornings i start to shake with nerves and dread the next day of school.

What shalll i do to make me feel joyful and make me fell as if i have lots of good energy with me and make me feel moe confindent within myself too.

Help becuase i need it to make me very happy.

Now sweetie, I don't think people hate you. Write one good reason why they wouldn't. Trust me I use to feel like that in 6th grade when I cursed them out in the internet in the summer. Than when 7th came I thought everyone hated me. it turns out no one did. Im in 10th grade now and all those girls are my bestfriends. The one's i thought who hated me and talked behind my back.

Just be open minded and confront them and ask. If it's all true who cares. You don't need them. Find people who do like you for who you are.

Now to answer your question. One way for you to be happier is:

1. Breath in and breath out slowly
2. Think about good things you've done to these people
3. Write it down
4. Now think about bad things you've done to these people.
5. Write that down.
6. Next if the list of good things is longer then no worries they shouldn't hate you
7. Now if the bad things is longer, correct your mistakes. Apologize; Tell them how you feel;
8. Next think about all this after you did it. Then relax and have fun.
