Driving Standard

driving standard is easy as pie... i learned how to drive stick shift in 3 hours... now i'm a pro... i even drift my car... but back to the subject... it's all in the pedals... push the clutch down all the way, then push the gas down very lightly, look at the RPM's and when its in between the 1 and 2, then let go of the clutch slowly... that'll get you going... from there on its pretty easy... you just shift gears every 10mph... just push the clutch down, let go of the gas, shift into a higher gear, let go of the clutch, and press the gas... and thats all little fella... oh and say ur going 40 and you slow down to 30.... when ur going 40 u would be in 4th gear... u would have to down shift to 3rd... or else ur car will start shaking like hell... well good luck... if u need anymore advise just let me know...

Hey thanks for the help. When I started out I drove automatic because learning how to drive standard at the beginning, there would be too many details to remember

once you get it... it will be as easy as physics... lol... jk... its easy...

yeah no reason to have an standard shift anymore.....the old reasons of milage and durability just dont apply anymore.

I drive standard because at red lights I get on the shfter and shove it up my ass.

Standard wtf u mean manual dont u? Automatic is for GIRLS or people who cannot drive, it is really just the barometer for the wussification of the entire planet. Yes manual is hard to begin with, but practice makes perfect.
