Second, what are the sex laws in YOUR country/state and has he broken them' You are stuck with your dad unless you have an alternative place to stay and the law allows you to go stay there. Your girlfriend, on the other hand, should be HISTORY. Make sure you tell EVERYONE you know at school and in both your and her neighborhoods what you caught them up to if it cannot be dealt with by the law. Some one else (her family') may save you the job and anyway. Why put yourself in conflict with the law for something some one else did. Two wrongs do not make a right. If laws have been broken, go to the authorities and let them deal with it legally. DO NOT take the law into your own hands.
