What is a comdom? I would say its totally normal for a preteen (boy) to make such a statement.

You dont say how old either of you are except that he is pre teen. If you have sex with a pre teen, I fancy the chances are you could be done for underaged sex NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE!

One of the problems with todays kids is they want to be grown up before they are mentally or physically able to be. Why dont the two of you just be friends and wait until you are more mature to think about such things?
