Walter Reed Hospital is understaffed and it initially wasn't prepared to handle all the incoming vets. We still need to upgrade it to properly handle ALL of our veterans. The government covered it and I get free medical care for another year. After that all I will have to do is do a co pay and my medical will probably still be better then yours. My dad is a Vietnam vet who wounded in combat and hes on 100% disability right now he doesnt have to pay property taxes and has full VA benifits.
