Look after your physical and mental health and when you get to my age, you'll feel like you did at 30. You will still be able to do the things you were doing at 16, only better and nothing at all is too much for you to attempt. If you are like me, you'll suceed to! I actually look 10 years younger, feel 10 years younger and act 40 years younger. And I have HIV and Hepititus B. So if thats me at 60, you have plenty of good times ahead as long as you look after yourselves. The BIG BONUS IS, you are one hell of a lot wiser and can look at things from all angles instead of being narrow minded as we tend to be as youngsters. To me, age is just a number.
