My therory is that underwear was invented to keep the insides of your pants clean. I figure if you keep your junk clean, there is no need for underwear.

I however choose to not clean my junk and need as much underwear as possibe.

Frankly, I feel like there's a lot less rubbing going on when I wear all cotton briefs. That's my idea of comfort.

Commando is normal, the drawback is you're more likely to get jock itch and rashes, because you don't have that cotton to absorb moisture.

And to the first response poster. If there is some state with this backward law. It would be considered a non-enforcable law. There would be no way to police it. So, I don't think he needs to call and ask.
