Testicles Overly Sensitive

I'm 21, straight male, and ever since I can remember, my testicles have been SUPER-sensitive. Whenever they are touched, whether it be by me or anyone else, I get a VERY uncomfortable feeling. If I get an itch, I can "pinch" the skin a bit and roll it around between my fingers to relieve it, but anything involving touching my actual testicles is out of the question. Forget about my girlfriend massaging them while having sex or giving head, I can't even touch them myself without squirming!

Anyone else share this problem?

Well the difficulty scratching them wien they itch seems familiar. Usually when a girlfriend touches them though its ticklish.

maybe you have a swelling or an infection. You might see about having them looked at. A doctor could tell you better.

Your scenario doesn't sound natural at all. Sensitive testicles are normal, but overly sensitive to painful if touched is not. Some guys have lived for many years with one of their testicles rotated (upside down) this causes a pinch on the nerve and can cause what you are describing. You might want to see a doctor.
