If these are serious threats and you are seriously fearing for your safety, you NEED to report this to the safety people/guidance at your school. There is a zero-tolerance policy for violent threats in most public schools, they will help you and protect you. You have the right to go to school and feel safe. This boy is infringing on your right. You now have the right to tell authorities about it. If it gets really out of control, you can get police protection as well. Don't be afraid to talk to the people in charge. Don't put it off any longer, do this right away.

MAKE SURE someone knows that this guy has threatened you. You might be afraid to tell people about this, but you MUST tell at least one person. It would be best for you to tell the principal, a teacher or a counselor, but at least tell SOMEONE. If he approaches or threatens you again, you must be vocal and affirm to him that there will be serious consequences if he harms you. Dont be afraid to lie to him about it; tell him you called the police and they had you file a report, tell him that your uncle/brother/dad/etc. found out and will rip his head off if he touches you. Tell him to stay away from you, and "dont touch me". If he comes near you, make a scene, yell HELP, scream, run, draw attention; that should be enough to get him to back off. Avoid contact and especially circumstances that might put you alone with this person. If he still persists, then you should call the police and file a report. It is illegal to make threats like he is doing. Maybe a visit from gun wielding authorities would shut him up.

if this is that bad then maybe youd feel much, much better if you tell your parents that someone wants to hurt you. it is not normal for someone to do or say that he could go 2 jail if he does do that but you will feel bad in the long run if he really does do that to you and you didnt tell someone you can trust.
