My parents were like that too. They were a pretty big pain in the ass about it, but you have to see why they are concerned. Being at a computer all day does mess with your social life, and you should probably try to find a healthy point where you do social things (not at a computer ;]), and can feel comfortable, but can still enjoy computer stuff when you want.

It's normal, but it isn't healthy.

Go outside, get some vitamin D from being in the sun. Have mainly face to face contact with others. We are social creatures and we gain a lot of our happiness by simply being around others. You'll derive a lot more lasting happiness from face to face interaction.

The more you stay on the computer, the more empty you'll feel in the long run.

As for your parents being concerned, that would be why. They recognize that you don't have enough face to face interaction with others but are probably not able to adequately explain to you why that is a bad thing. (so they exaggerate, saying you have "no" friends and probably by becoming angry, am I right?)

Start getting to careers like internet marketing, writing or anything to do with computers. Once you do so, your parents will praise you to be a hardworking person...
Or maybe when you do so, you would stay away from computers (Not Work again!!)
