Think of it this way: not having a girlfriend gives you lots more time for schoolwork, friends and activities. Just put all your energy into doing fun things and getting ready for college, and soon you won't even realize that you don't have a girlfriend. I know, it's easier said than done, but trust me, a guy who's just living his life and appears highly motivated and confident is a lot more attractive than a guy who is obviously trying to get a girlfriend all the time. Don't act desperate. That doesn't mean don't talk to girls--just talk to them as if you're talking to a potential friend, not a potential girlfriend. I'm a girl who never had a boyfriend until I was 17 (first year of college), and I think it was because once I got to college, I was so focused on other things that I forgot to think about boys. From your post, you're clearly not ready to date. Don't even bother until you graduate high school. Also, take a look around and see how many other people are girlfriend-less. Something I learned a while back was, in High School, girls date assholes. I was termed "Hot" but i was too nice. I got walked all over. The problem here is, by the time women come around, and date the nice guy, it may be too late. Too late in the fact that you turned into an asshole.
