Maybe you should be more concerned about wether you have penis cancer or not. Stop feeling self concious. Just don't post pictures of your dick on the internet or people will know it is you.

The only thing the doctor said when i went was people get more moles as they get older that is normal. I just feel self concious.

I guess it's normal to feel self concious about it. If anything girls may even like the fact that you have a penor that stands out.

Every penis is different. Some have moles, some have scars, some are big, some are small. It's what you do with it that counts!

Considering you have had it since birth, there is no reason to fear moles on your penis, unless you notice they are getting larger or changing in color.

Don't feel self conscious! Some guys have freckles on their penis, some have two diffent shades of color..etc. they are all different.

If it really bothers you, you can have surgery to remove them, but IMO, it's not needed and possibly dangerous if just done for vanity. Keep an eye on those moles for changes and don't wait if you notice any changes in size or color.
