they might have voluntarily joined the military but that doesn't mean they neccessarily want to be in iraq. once they're in they have to follow orders. i know a lot of troops who joined to defend us here, not to go over there and fight. if you want to hate someone, hate the government that's sending them over there, not the men and women who got themselves in a big mess they can't get out of.

Actually there WAS a draft. Where would you be without them? I too am against the 'War Against Terror' I find it to be an unneccisary loss of life, to some extent.

Family members do not like to be there, my best friends dad was there for almost two years, his mother almost passed away while he was there, luckily he got break. How would you feel if someone so dear to you almost died without your goodbyes because you were giving it your all to save even more people?

Seriously man... you're brutal overcompensation about the war crimes in Iraq has clouded you into saying the most ridiculous things. Do a little research and look into this "raping of an entire nation". About 85% of the country is as safe and normal as it was before the war. In fact, it's safer. There are about 3 main zones where there is a large amount of opposition. That is of course where most of the violence and destruction is. Besides for every US soldier there is enlisted in Iraq, there are over 10 Iraqis enlisted to try and fix what went wrong. You can't believe anything you hear in the media. It's either way left of way right and both give highly inaccurate descriptions of the problems there. Most of the intelligent concern about the Iraq War comes in the form of money issues and security issues in this country, not "war crimes" being committed over their. I suggest getting your facts straight before wishing death upon anyone, including your countrymen.

2003, due to more than ten years of relentless bombings, dictatorship and trade embargo the nation is little more than an open coffin,at that the usa government knows that stealing the countries oil can be done with sufficiently little american casualties in order for the theft to be riskworthy(risk being voted out of office).

Once usa has invaded it turns out the country has no interest in governing the place,
much taxpayermoney is promised to help but it vanishes mysteriously.
Complete anarchy ensues due to no government nor law whatsoever.

To clear up some misunderstandings:
A person joining the army KNOWS the fact that he can get sent to fight. Like some people said "what if it's someone you love..." of "they're protecting us". Those are some things you would say about WWII. This is now WWII. This is an economic war fought by people that joined the army voluntarily. If it's someone you love - you should've told them not to join. If you love them so much that you feel that you have to post it on this website, than you must have had a hundred choices to tell them not to join or to tell them to quit.
