Problems with little Brother

I have a problem with my little brother. Sometimes when he is fucking my cat in the ass he wakes me up. I mean, when I'm trying to masturbate and finger myself I need 100% concentration. Sometimes when the he screams at climax I scratch the inside of my anus with my fingernail. Later I used the shit from my ass to give myself a hitlerstache. Is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal for you to be upset by your brothers rudeness. However there are a number of easy solutions. 1. You could ask your brother to fuck the cat in a room further from yours like the kitchen. 2. You could explain to your brother that you don't appreciate scratching your asshole because of his noise and then put your ass finger under his nose. 3. You could cut off his penis.
