It's very common for people to like somebody older, but if said older person isn't careful they can damage you emotionally, possibly for the rest of your life. I've seen it happen before, and I fear it's all too common.
My advice? Be careful, but if you really want to and trust him a lot, then I would say go for it, when the law permits. Sex crimes can really screw up somebody's life.
