I'm sure a girl's ass is pretty much the same as a guy's, so if you want to know what anal sex feels like, why don't you stick a finger up your own butt and see if you like that.
Not to be mean...but if you are having sex with your girl for the first time, best start simple with the missionary position.

Why anal?
There's no point to anal. Trust me. You just end up with a brown sewage covered wang and sometimes a bit of blood. The best position is the "Stairway hung 360 eagle diving pussy pounder" but since I have patented this move and am not willing to demonstrate it unless it is on an 18-27 year old blond with very large breasts, you are out of luck.
