It is WELL documented by psychiatric experts, that a sexual attraction to one's parent(s) is both normal & a common occurence. Over time, it usually wanes. It's just a phase in puberty. Though there are thousands upon thousands of documented cases of this type of attraction. It is not normal. It is usually the symptom of a much deeper problem that needs to be resolved. Being attracted to your father is just wrong. You can admire and respect your father but to have sexual feelings is not right at all. You do need to speak to someone and maybe you should talk to your mother and see what she says.
