Is It Normal?
What do you think?
Impulse
I've always been plagued by mental problems, but I gotta know, is this anyone else? Whenever someone does something very litte, let's say, popped a guitar string. I wouldn't call it thinking really, but when they do something that miniscule I have this automatic thought to kill that person. Two seconds later, I know that I wouldn't do that to someone over just breaking my pencil I just bought for the rest of my money. I'm not lying, so please don't deem this fake. Has this ever happened to you?

OCD
I have OCD, and you might too, that is one result of the disorder...
I am Bi-Polar and have certain episodes of ultra violence and then almost extreme nimphomania. Try some meds, they help.

BI-POLAR
I agree with methos. I too have bi-polar disorder and can have some bad thoughts. But the meds. keep me under control. I have some friends who have anger problems and have the same thoughts you do. Paxil and Zoloft seem to help them with the anger. Talk to your doctor. He/she will know exactly what to give you for your specific problem. It might take awhile to find the right meds. for you but don't give up,you will find something to help. Good luck.
Dude, it's normal, assuming you don't act on these feelings. We all think "I want to kill that bitch" to ourselves sometimes, even thinking about the people we love. Human beings have an animal side, but that's fine as long as we control it.
You really don't need pills for your angry thoughts, since they're only there for a few seconds.
You need to explore the reason for the angered thoughts. Such extreme and reoccurring thoughts are a serious problem and you should not think it is normal or beneficial in any way.
I find it very beneficial to read up on psychological studies involving anger and violence. You will certainly glean a lot and likely able to correct your behaviour and free yourself from those thoughts all on your own.
A way to counter those negative thoughts is to force yourself to rationalise things all the time. Such violent thoughts happen when you are not rational -- for some reason. Try to be rational at all times. Also, think deep about what might cause the problem and try to find the reason -- as I said look up scientific studies on anger and violence. Look up as many of them as you can.

All the best and be happy!
I have ocd and sensory integration disorder. This happens alot to me too. You should bring something like a stress ball around so you dont get all tense.
BAD THOUGHTS
Try reading ` STOP THINKING - START LIVING` by Richard Carlson, HarperCollins. Good luck.
