Is It Normal?
What do you think?
shyness?
I have a very bad problem about being extremely shy. But whats so bad is that i'm so shy, for example, when i first start school so my hearts racing and everything and all the sudden i start crying. Is that normal? And also theres also something else. the other day i was watchin some music video and it had like someone who i would say had a "normal" life unlike me (mostly because i don't keep friends because i've had to move almost every year of my life) and i also started crying...

That's too bad...
First, how old are you? If you are a teenage girl then it's actually pretty normal. In highschool I used to get really emotional and nervous and if someone would say something to me even remotely offensive I would start bawling. It's probably just your hormones, hang in there...it will get better.

your the one who needs to get a life idiot
hey, everyone's a little bit shy. look around and see if you see someone else who looks a little bit nervous, see if you can bond with them. high school sucks, i totally sympathize with you. good luck!
Start going to church.
From what you describe it sounds like an anxiety disorder and the crying and shyness is a symptom of the disorder, not the real issue or the root of your problem. For your heart to start racing when you first start school sounds like a social anxiety, fear of people or something related. I strongly suggest you speak to a medical doctor about this. The doctor will likely refer you to a specialist who will test you and then decide how to go about resolving this issue. Phobias and anxiety disorders are very common and treatable. It is nothing to be ashamed of, but please speak to a medical doctor ASAP. There are relaxation techniques that a commonly used to go about dealing with this issue.

Sounds like some form of paranoia or social anxiety to me. Maybe take the risk of talking to people?
