Sure it's normal! Breast sizes vary greatly. Also, it is possible to enter puberty at a very young age, starting from about 8 onwards. Don't worry too much about this. Hormones don't always work in sync with growth of the other parts of the body. If you are at all concerned about the size of breasts, you should talk to a doctor.

Yeah - puberty sucks and that is a leap into womanhood but the more she talks with other people (women) the more she will be reassured. Comments like jimmy101's are unhelpful, might be why she feels low, and is definitely why she should talk with useful people who can help her accept & respect her new body image.

it's perfectly normal, everyone has a different cup size, it is just a more extreme version of that ..

my friend is the exact same, nothing to worry about at all :) they sure beat a 32AA, always helps to have a bit of goodsized boobs in life

I think you need to worry about the boys in her school and the senior boys when she gets to high school.

No, they aren't too big. However, I kind of doubt they will get bigger. My whole family is rather huge above in that department so she is fine. If they get much bigger, then it would be rather odd but unless they are causing her problems, I would let it go.

My heavy girlfriend is huge everywhere but there, she would gladly trade for her B or C size that she has.

But seriously though, she is fine. Its not so much about the boob size (Still have to have something) but what is inside that counts.
