At your age, I think you should find someone else. Everything changes when you grow up and some day, you might regret it if you do it.
But if you'll still love each other then I guess you should be together. If you are second cousins or first cousins once removed, then there are only slight chances of having deformed children (which was figured out by a scientist research).
