You could try hinting to her that you really like her. Don't try to hard to make her like you. if hinting that you like her dosen't work try and tell it to her face that you really like her. I know it wud be hard but try it.(hinting that you fancie her means that you are letting her know secretly that you fancie her but not to her face e.g. like smiling at her everytime you see her and sayin hello and stuff)

Best way is to just talk to her, see how she reacts and whether she seems happy talking talking to you. And, as the poster "Mandyw190" mentioned, to repeat, you can't make anyone like you, that is out of your control. All you can do is try to be friends, be polite, and some girls will accept and want to be friends with you and some will pull away, distance themselves and not want to be friends. This is out of your control, same goes for everyone. You should be able to get a feel for which she is, a potential friend or not after speaking to her a couple of times. The first time many people are shy or somewhat scared so don't judge the first time as what she truly thinks of you.
