Remember, you can browse within a category on the main page too. There's a green box that says "select a category", choose something other than sex and you'll just see those stories there.

What I think is more crappy are the immature posters who load the site with assinine sexual questions just to gross out or incite people, especially very recently. I will now just skip right over them!

Don't forget that you can flag certain stories as vulgar, innapropriate or off topic on the voting page (near the bottom under the story). Stories that are flagged by enough different people will be sectioned off. Remember, this site is what you make of it. This is the best way to keep the stories on topic and interesting.

... we can't talk so freely about sex in the "real" world, and there's a lot of shame and confusion and questioning related to sexual persuasions and encounters, etc., so I think it's absolutely natural for that to be a heavily featured topic on a site like this. You just can't go around at work or school or in public or with your family, and usually not even with your friends, asking them to say whether your innermost private fantasies are "normal" or not.

There is nothing wrong with posting about a sex related issue. The flagging is most appropriate for what was described in the 2nd comment. The fake, asinine, vulgar, unecessary stories that people write thinking they're being cool. Flag those ones.

I do admitt that there is WAY TOO MANY sex stories on this website, they should make a second section like COMPLETLEY for it. I agree with everything you said.

We've added a new option to the category selection on the voting page. It's at the top and it's called "All except Sex".

The category selection is in a green dropdown box directly beneath the current story you're looking at. Choose "All except sex" and you will then be looking at all stories that are not in the Sex category.
