crapping a large one

Ok, basically, I went to take a crap but it wouldn't come out. It felt really big and I just couldn't push it. I then left it for a while, then suddenly it started pushing again. After a bit, my body automatically tensed up without me being able to control it, and it hurt like anything, but it finally came out. However, now it feels a bit weird, but I'm not sure there's something wrong. Has this happend to ne one else, and is it dangerous?

Go see if you're constipated. If you are, it's not the end of the world, but it can be a real bitch sometimes.
Take some laxetives and get some fibre into yourself befor you bust your arse
Have some bran before you develope hemroids . . .
Do you do a lot of opiates, like Oxycontin, Heroin, Vicodins, etc.? I had that problem when I was hooked on opiates, I still do because of my Methadone. The best ways to fix it are: Drink LOTS of water, no sodas, caffeinated drinks, etc., drink mineral oil, eat Uncle Sam cereal or anything with lots of fiber, lots of fruits, etc. Basically make sure you are hydrated and of that doesn't help, drink the mineral oil. Also, an enema can help if you have poop stuck in your butt, it will soften it up, and the mineral oil will make it soft for next time. If that doesn't work, go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe Constulose or Lactulose, it works wonders! Believe me, I know ALL the tricks, being an opiate addict since 19 years old..

For good health and to help avoid constipation, drink water throughout the day- sip it, don't guzzle water of course. This will help keep you well hydrated, very important in hot weather, it will also help to curb your appetite, and keep excess weight off. If drinking a couple of litres throughout the day doesn't help keep you regular and feeling more comfortable when using the bathroom, then consume more fruits and vegetables, and this should work. Use natural foods, two salads a day of servings works great. Give it a couple days to kick in and you should not encounter such a problem again, or at least it will occur rarely. Hope this helps.

ye Iv had the occasional constipation, its a pain in the arse.One time I thought I was going to burst my a/hole, I thought I was dropping a bowling ball, but when I saw it , it was only the size of a freakin' marble.

Eat more vegetables and drink more juice....it will help... Never happen to me but vegetable and juice is good for you...make your bowel easy
You may be dehydrated. Try drinking more water next time.
