don't do it fast
*get her really horny*
*make her wet*
*use oral more*
*maybe use lube*
take this advice and fuck her gently, a gurl loves that.. :)
sex hurting is not only, as one person pointed out, a possible indication of a sexually transmitted infection, but could be something else entirely- there are a whole range of diseases like vestibulitis, vulvodynia, and more, some of which probably haven't even been discovered yet, sadly due to the fact that most doctors are quick to say things just like- she's prolly not aroused enough, or, you just need more lube... now, these diseases can be serious if left untreated, simply because, the longer you cause pain, the more the nerves freak out, and the more your brain creates pathways... the more those pathways become super highways, and then your brain feels any sensation as painful. now- vestibulitis is an inflammation of the glands in the vagina, vulvodynia is a neuropathic disease )neurons in the brain), no one knows what causes it, and both are so commonly misdiagnosed it's frightening.
the thing to remember? it's prolly not you, you should be really patient, really slow when you start, and yes, use lots of lube, but also stop asap when it starts to hurt- there are other ways for you to come, and if your any kind of man at all, i sincerely hope you don't feel "big" about the fact that you're hurting your girlfriend...and finally, help get your girlfriend a patient doctor who's willing to look at any myriad of possible causes...
kit- a lady who's been having painful sex for ten years, and only had a diagnosis for five...
Secondly, it could be an STD or she may have a problem with her glands or something else. Try the foreplay thing and see what she likes first, and yes, BEFORE you ever have sex with someone, get tested for STDs, better safe than sorry. If after that she is still having problems, talk to her about seeing a doctor, then go with the doctors advice. It wouldn't be that you're "too big for her" and just because she's still tight, maybe she's doing kegel exercises and you don't know it. If you don't know what those are, look it up, btw, guys can do these as well.
