Crushing on a girl
ok, i'm a 14-year-old girl withan amazing boyfriend but i have started to develop a major crush on one of my best friends who is also a girl. i am a very "lesbian/gay/bisexual rights" kinda person but i still don't wanna be bisexual myself. i was never told in school so i was wondering if i have feelings for another girl, does that mean i'll be bisexual when i'm older?? or could it just have hapened coz of....i dunno, hormones or something?? i told someone else this and they said i should tell her i have feelings for her but im worried it might weird her out a lot and it could become tense or edgy. so i would love a second opinion

hey, from personal experience, i can answer both questions. Because your a teenager, your hormones could be out of control as is normal in most teens. And, 1 of two things will happen, either this crush will grow into something more, orit will go away and you wont ever have a crush on a girl ever again. Buteither way, you will be happy, especially seeing as you are mature and not against lesbians or gays or bisexuals.
And unless you're completely sure that your friend will be 100% sure with it, you shouldnt tell her. You might lose the friendship or she might be a bit weirded out. and if it ends up to be nothing and you stop crushing on her, the edgyness will still be there seeing as you're young. i would have told you to tellher if you were say......16 or older, but sadly you're not. i advise telling another close friend who you can trust and knows the girl you have feelings for and get their opinion because they would know the girl you like better and might know what to do more. hope it all clears up!

You probably are going to be a dike or atleast bi, but dont worry if its the latter you get double the sexual pleasure normal folk do. Enjoy your friend and make love to her to see if you are that way inclined. Please post back here to tell us how you went. Gay and lesbos type folk are excepted widely now so it shouldnt be a problem.

I think you should try it while your young and see how you like it. You will probably end up liking boys better so get it out of your system now. Invite the girl for a sleepover and watch some lesbian porn and wear some sexy underwear and try on clothes and stuff and make it look like a spur of the moment thing and you should be alright
