i agree with confusedxgirl. unfortunately, lots of people think that the person they like likes them back butit isnt always the case. and seeing as he has a girlfriend, then dont make any moves yet. just get to know him and become well aquainted with him. You'll have more of a chance with him then

So he has a girlfriend, it means nothing long term. Girlfriends/boyfriends are not about committment, marriage is. He does not own the other girl, nor does she own him. However, I caution you if you express your interest to him, you may be a target of verbal and/or physical abuse from his friend. She may see you as an intrusion and a threat to their friendship. So, if you prefer to avoid a confrontation or risking one, stay away, yet if you really want to be his friend, approach him and tell him how you feel. If his girlfriend is a friend of yours too, back-off. You shouldn't be crapping on your friends like that. If she's nothing to you, then I reckon you should go for it and let him make his choice.
