I am always begging my parents to get me really cool video games and video game systems, then finally, when i get them, i get addicted to them and play them alot for the first 2 weeks. then after the first 2 weeks i get bored and never play them agian

Video games are a waste of brain cells anyway, can't you find something more constructive to do? It just seems so worthless to sit there and literally twittle your thumbs.

I used to be like that... I'm still a gamer but not as frantic for new stuff, just a few I like on occasion. So yeah, I think your normal, but just try to contain yourself so that you don't lose money or your parents trust.
