When I was ten, I discovered smegma compacted under my foreskin. I found the discovery repulsive and i asked the doctor to advise. he suggested a circumcision but said it would be painful. I decided using string to cut the blood supply to my foreskin. I got things wrong and being only ten only realised when my penis fell off. The only remains was a one inch stump of which the doctor removed together with testicles and now I have a hole which resembles a vagina. From the age of 16 i felt empty, so I decided to take female hormone pills to develop my breasts. I miss being a man, is this normal?

Why would a doctor ask you at the age of ten about circumcision? The doctor should have spoken to your parent(s) or legal guardian.
You PENIS fell off! Go tell fairy stories to some other person.
Explain to me why your doctor whold remove your testicles.
