Ok, theres this guy i like, and he is in a serious relationship he knows i like him and he likes me to, but obviously thats as far as it goes, flirting. anyway we had a little tiff and didnt talk for a bit, now were back chatting away i thought i'd be really happy but im not im upset ....this doesnt make sense i was missing him so much how can i be upset, everything he says or does scares me i think hes gonna leave again or something. and now him and his girlfriend are even more serious but i knew they were and i know we'll still be close why is this bothering me??

Gosh, I know some people that still haven't grown up at 50. It takes time, but you must learn to replace those negative thoughts with positive thoughts, especially when dealing with relationships. Otherwise the only people that would ever consider staying with you will be spineless punching bags... who wants that?
