I got my d*** caught in my zipper and tore a gash in the tip. Really f**kin hurts.

I've done that before too, it does hurt like hell. The changes size thing makes me think this is a put on, common sense would be to keep your hands off of it and avoid it changing size if you have a cut. If the pain is really bad, go to a doctor.
