It is not to my liking and doesn't impress me. Buildings of that size are firetraps, I suppose if you have a chute you could jump from those heights. When I get a room in a hotel, I never take one above the 4th floor, about the highest I can safely jump to the ground in case of fire or whatever else may go wrong.
