Dating Stuff

I'm 15 (almost 16) and I want a girlfriend. But I'm not too good at talking to girls. Also I'm only 5'1ish which is really short for my age and I don;t think girls like that. I've been told by a lot of girls that I'm really attractive but a few girls have said I'm too short for them and such. Any ideas/ advice/ input?

Height doesn't make a difference, I'm 6'3 and didn't have a gf til i was 16, u just need confidence which will come in time
