throat lump
today i noticed that i had a lump about the size of a small pebble about an inch from my chin and its really hard and wont move....i've been smoking marijuana for about 8 months but i'm a hypocondriac so i don't know if i should be worried or not..

It's probably a sebaceous cyst or an unborn zit. Put a hot towel on it for a half hour and see if it oozes out.
