Good for you. Practice makes perfect. I wasnt able to finish a 40 oz steak but after a couple of tries I was able to scarf it down in no time.

Now, my advice for the poor soul:

When it hits the back of your throat, just swallow, and KEEP swallowing. Most importantly, relax, and don't panic. Imagine that it's a really long noodle... and like a I said, swallow it as if it were your dinner. Keep at it and eventually your gag reflex will chill out & your throat will get used to the idea of having his sausage lodged in it. I'd also like to add that the swallowing motion will give him added stimulation. : )
