chimp staring at me
I was at the zoo a few months ago; and I was looking at these chimps in this tiny cage. They looked so depressed. I felt so bad for them. Then the mother chimp made eye contact with me and kept looking at me...it made me kind of nervous but i cant stop thinking abt it. I feel like we share a moment and i really want to get her out of that f**king zoo. The purpose of her existence is solely for the entertainment of humans. WtF? its so f**ked up.
How small where the cages maybe you should call PETA ??
iTS SO SAD AND CRUEL
I totally know whatcha' mean, man - everytime my family buy's a Zoo-membership/goes to the Zoo; sometime's I come-along for an outing or whatever & mind you, our Zoo isn't 'bad' compaired to some, (The Toronto Zoo)...but I feel actually f***in' guilty going! It make's me kind of sick, I so know how you feel, like I alway's feel like setting all the animal's free & letting them wreak-havoc on the unsuspecting-human's, MUHAA :D:P!! (Wouldn't that be a sight)! Anywho, yes - well, tis' what we deserve for making $$ in putting giant tiger's & such in cages for entertainment. But yeah, it is mean & I agree w/ you %100.
I have pet's, mind you...a snake, tarantula & scorpion who live in cages, but they were captive-bred & are very small, so it seem's slightly different & I take them out often to play, etc...but in the Zoo it seem's much more cruel because most of the animal's are big, 'wild'/(taken FROM the wild), savannah/jungle/forest, etc animal's who 'belong' IN the wild, etc and they're put into a fuckin' cage/barrier for us to watch; it tis' evil. So yeah.
Anyways, such is the world we live-in *sigh*...will we ever change?
