What do you think?
Constipated
Hello, lately I have been so impacted and constipated that I may have to see the doctor. I eat a lot of cheeses because I am breast feedind. Normal? Advice?

buy jars of prunes and eat them all day, also get lots of yogurt and eat that. Only when you have been stuffing yourself with squirt fruit will you highway be back up to full speed.

Go to the doctor, NOW!
A fecal impaction is not something to be taken lightly. If it gets bad enough they will have to go in surgically and remove it. You may have to get a colonoscopy (shittin in a bag) if there is severe enough damage. Seriously, go to the doctor.

Water!
Drink lots of water over the course of the day. You are probably dehydrated from breastfeeding and need to drink extra, plus eat fruits and fiber. But if you need immediate help, maybe you could get a doctor/pharmacist-recommended (because of the breastfeeding) enema solution.

You do need to take a lot into account since you are breastfeeding. You can always at least call the doctor's office for advice.

I don't know if you know this or not but cheese will make you constipated. Eat more bran. And prunes like someone had already mentioned. More fruits and vegetables will help also.
Eat fiber, DRINK LOTS OF WATER, and talk to your doctor.
Indeed, change your diet to one high in fiber and drink water throughout the day. Avoid foods that can worsen constipation, such as rice and applesauce, these foods are very binding, not what you want to eat. Iron supplements can also cause constipation. If diet change doesn't help, see your doctor.
