I've kind of got the same problem except I'm a guy. I plan on making my feelings for this girl I like known. I would definitely tell him how you feel. Looking back in forty years, you will kick yourself if you can't at least say you gave it a shot.

Rory is spot on right. Best thing is to say what you feel in private, face to face too. Boyfriends and girlfriends come and go so you never know what the future holds for you two. There is no shame if you don't hook up, just make it clear to him and you will feel a whole lot better.

go for it! I mean, @ least make your feeling's known...whatcha' got to loose? I had the same issue - there's this guy I've been in love w/ & friend's w/ since I was 14/15, (I'm now 18), he had a g/f a year ago; nothing came b4 except for friendship, I was so sad :(...but then this year we hadn't seen eachother in a while & we bumped-into eachother one day & he flirted more w/ me & then got in-touch w/ me & asked me out a week l8r & now we're seeing eachother & thing's are wonderful - I just hope it evolves-further cause' I love him!

So yeah, man - ya' never know, people change, life change's, situation's change...so just keep flirting, make your feeling's known & see what happen's - he may surprise you; or visa-versa ;)!
