what is this bump?

I know this sounds disgusting, but can someone tell me what this bump on my back is? It's been there for years, and has changed size, in both directions. Once in a great while (Years), it will ooze a white puss like substance, and man that stuff really smells! The smell as best as I can describe it, is a combination of dirty ass, and really dirty feet! . I know it's gross, but does someone know what this is?

It sounds like a cyst to me. They have to be removed by a doctor. I strongly suggest you go to a dermatologist (skin doctor specialist) and they will remove it. The sooner you go the better, because it can grow and make the removal more difficult. Cysts sometimes disappear but often return because the roots remain and the doctor will take out the whole thing to prevent it from returning. Call your doctor today and set up an appointment. I would see a doctor about it, it can probably be removed quite easily.
