Melatonin slows the aging process IMO. I take one pill nightly. You can pick up a bottle at your local pharmacy over the counter. It also helps to relax you and get a good night of sleep. Eating right, and exercise are equally important in staying healthy and slowing the aging process. Genetics, which we have no control, also play a huge role in the aging process. Anti-oxidants are supposedly important in slowing the aging process, they too can be purchased at a pharmacy, but I question their effectiveness. Cut out all smoking and drink if you wish in moderation and it will extend your life. Hope this helps.
I'm 35 years old and look about 27. This is what has worked for me (so far):
1. Stay positive-in spite of circustances.
2. Keep hydrated-at least 9-11 glasses of water a day.
3. Foods-home cooked and whole foods. Avoid fast food.
4. Fitness-lift weights and run 3 times a week. Do yoga and meditate 1-2 times a week.
5. Sex,and lots of it, with younger men. My boyfriend is 18 and we're both at our sexual peak. Yes-the biology books are right ladies;) Multiple orgasms help you achieve points #1-4 above. And if you age a little, who cares after 42 (our top record-sofar) orgasms in a row???
Have fun and stay fantastic:) Assertive women unite!!!
