Is It Normal?
What do you think?
stinky belly button
I have a problem with my naval. After only one day of not showering my naval seems wet and the odor would gag a maggot. I don't like to shower each day because it dries my skin which becomes very itchy. Usually before I go to bed, even if I showered that morning I have to check my naval and wash it. It seems ok in the morning when I get up. Is this normal or do I have a serious health problem?

Key is to not use too much soap and not to use super hot water during the winter months. Use soap only on private areas, feet, underarms, naval, and shampoo hair of course. It is the soap that dries out the skin. I too used to get dry patches of skin and a doctor told me you don't need soap all over your body, the water will cleanse it. As for the naval, wash it, simple enough, you didn't need to post about that did you? Bathe daily, just cut back on soap use, and use a mild one like the brand "Dove".
Try taking a shower everyday then.

Good Luck with that..

Angel
