				Steroids...so I&apos;ve been told, I can&apos;t gain weight either due to my extremely fast metabolism. 3 protein shakes a day peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches, pizza, dude I can&apos;t gain a single pound, nor do I lose it. I lived off Ramen for a month and got down to 115 lbs. from 145 lbs. so if that gives you an idea of how fast my metabolism is. I&apos;m also extremely athletic and that doesn&apos;t help either. I guess just eating a lot high calorie foods and little exercise can help, but I&apos;m still trying to figure something out. Maybe you&apos;ll have more luck. I know weigh 135 lbs. but I can bench press 210 lbs. So if it&apos;s strength you&apos;re looking for, you can get strong without gaining weight. Try consulting your doctor. Or talk to a nutritionalist.				</description>

Being on the computer or watching TV can side track you from eating. Don&apos;t try to overeat for a month and just stop because it is unhealthy. If you arnt taking medications (add, adhd or anthing else) then you might just have a high metabolic rate. Which you could tell that you have if you take a crap a few hours after eating.				</description>

				My cousin has almost the same problem.. she is short though, and has trouble gaining weight.. her mother looks anerexic.. and cannot gain weight no matter what she does, when my mom was in the hospital they gave her a certain drink to put on weight, so if it&apos;s possible, you should go to the doctor and talk to him/her about it.

Eating a lot of carbohydrates, particularly breads put weight on too but you don&apos;t want to be using the bathroom all day (#1), so I&apos;d suggest soda for a quick gain. Best to go with the decaffeinated one&apos;s too if you are going through can after can. Eat a lot of bread and butter and that is an instant gainer, like overnight too!!!! Avoid sweets other than soda as it is garbage for your body. As for as your dieting sister goes, you can&apos;t control her feelings, worry about yourself only.				</description>
