30 year age difference
I'm a 50 year old male and the woman I love is a girl barely out of her teens. She's friends with my daughter. We have a great friendship. She's cute, she's bright, she's many things I love. But she's so young. She doesn't know I love her. She's in college full time, and I take a few part-time courses at the same school. I want to tell her I love her, but I'm afraid. If she were only a year or two younger, my feelings would be criminal.

Exactly, this has absolutely nothing to do with love, this is infatuation. Find a woman in the 35-70 year range. To approach a girl age 20 is doing her a disservice, unhealthy and it will end up going nowhere long term. A short term fling is one thing between young and old, but a long term relationship no way, too many differences.
