You are likely either "Bulimic" or "Anorexic". Bulimics purge their food but often have a sex drive. Anorexics usually do not purge food, just starve themselves and do not have a sex drive. Please seek help for this, it is an eating disorder and quite common among girls. I suggest you speak to a school counselor and your parents, both. A school counselor should be able to help refer you to a specialist. Many people hide the eating disorder and it often gets worse if intervention doesn't take place.
